You are responsible for ensuring our units can be safely delivered and retrieved at your event location.

5. Acceptable Use

6. Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the notice period provided
• Waivers must be signed before equipment is delivered
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to partial or full charges

We strive to deliver exceptional service but are not liable for:

• Delays caused by severe weather, road conditions, or access issues
• Site-related problems including lack of space, uneven terrain, or inaccessibility
• Damages caused by third parties or guests during your rental period

Our units are delivered clean and fully functional. Damage, misuse, or failure to follow instructions may result in additional charges.

8. Third-Party Integrations

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., booking calendars, payment processors). Event Ready Restrooms is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party platforms. We recommend reviewing their terms independently.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or suspend access if you violate these Terms, provide false or incomplete information, or safety concerns prevent us from delivering or removing the rental.
